EchoFon For The Mac – Great Improvements
A few months ago I reviewed the early stages of EchoFon for the Mac. It had great potential but at the time but it didn’t have all the features a normal twitter client would have. However, since then, the App has improved greatly. The user interface has changed completely, and more features from Twitter have been integrated in new versions of the Application.

EchoFon also brings the web features of Twitter right into the application, which most Twitter clients have done this in the past, but in my opinion, none as good as EchoFon.

EchoFon can follow, unfollow, favorite, block people, report them to spam, and add people to lists. As of now I think EchoFon is the only Mac Twitter client that can add and remove people to lists. Not to mention, EchoFon’s UI of handling all these features are very unique, since you don’t miss any tweets. Instead of Opening in the same window, it creates a new one right next to it, as shown here:

The app as of now is Free since it’s in Beta, but the iPhone version of EchoFon pro is $5, so i’m assuming the Mac version will be around $20. Once they release the full version, I definitely recommend buying it. Very nice client.
